Dr. Abhay Keste : I am an Iyengar Yoga teacher by profession and I also have a degree in B.H.M.S. (Bachelor of homeopathic medicine and surgery). After completing this program in 1994, I took up yoga training at RAMAMANI IYENGAR MEMORIAL YOGA INSTITUTE (RIMYI) in Pune (Poona) for two years. I often visit RIMYI to develope my knowledge. I have been practicing Iyengar yoga from my childhood under my father's guidance who was practicing Iyengar yoga for a long time. There are two branches of "SHRIKANT YOGA CENTRE" in Belgaum.

The City of Belgaum is located on the border between Karnataka and Maharashtra. Belgaum is not exactly a hillstation but the city has a favorable climate even during the hot season. Belgaum can easily be reached by trains leaving from Mumbai (Bombay), Pune (Poona), Bangaluru (Bangalore), Mysuru (Mysore), Vasco (Goa) and New-Delhi. The nearest international airports are in Vasco (Goa), Bangalore and Mumbai.
